Microsoft Teams

What you will learn

Microsoft Teams is a chat-based workspace for groups of co-workers. Teams provides a single window workspace where team members can chat with instant messaging or video calls live online. It also enables users to make notes and share files instantly.

By creating a ‘Team’, you will automatically be allocated a team Group, OneNote space, SharePoint Site and Plan – so it’s highly integrated with those other elements of Microsoft 365.

Microsoft 365 (Formerly Office 365) is Microsoft’s cloud-based subscription service.  This Introduction to Microsoft Teams training course will educate users in the basics of using Microsoft 365 and its MS Teams services. It covers the features of Teams, Channels, Files, Meetings and Chat and the role they can play in your business.

The following will be covered in this course:

  • MS Teams Overview
  • Creating/Managing
  • Channels
  • Chat
  • Conversations
  • Groups
  • Find Content
  • File Storage and Management
